Rubber-bitumen mastic "PROFBIT MBR"
Hot applied mastic is produced from bitumen, rubber and additives based on unique technology developed by PROFBIT R&D team. Product range includes following grades: MBR-65, MBR-75, MBR-90, MBR-100.
Application:
- waterproofing protection of: buildings foundations, underground pipelines, concrete building structures contacting with the ground
- waterproofing protection of oil and gas pipelines
- waterproofing protection of metal structures
- laying under tram rails
- installation and maintenance of roofs (sealing cracks and holes, eliminating bubbles, etc.)

Installation and consumption
The product is heated up to temperature 160-180 °С and in liquid form is applied to a dry and clean surface. It is forbidden to use the product near open fire. When applying, be sure to use personal protective equipment and overalls. In case of fire extinguish with sand, foam or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher. Consumption: 1-2 kg per m2.
Storage and transportation
Store in a dry and protected from sunlight place at temperatures from -25 °С to + 35 °С. Expiration date - 1 year from the date of production.
The product is transported by all types of transport in accordance with rules applied for exact type of transport.
