PG GRADE BITUMEN (AASHTO M320 / M332)

PG grade bitumen is produced as per Superpave system from bitumen, SBS-polymers and additives based on unique technology developed by PROFBIT R&D team.

Superpave system is used in USA and it is aimed to solve problems such as rutting, fatigue cracking and low temperature cracking. PG bituminous binders (PG – performance grade) are classified according its performance characteristics, taking into account the minimum and maximum design temperatures of the pavement and its operational loads.

PG grade bitumen use makes it possible to prolong service life of the road surface and reduce the cost of its operation and maintenance due to its advanced characteristics against standard road bitumen.

Safety requirements

It is forbidden to use the product near open fire. When applying, be sure to use personal protective equipment and overalls. In case of fire extinguish with sand, foam or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher.
