Road joint sealant "PROFBIT MBP"
High performance hot applied road joint sealant "PROFBIT MBP" is produced from bitumen, polymers and additives based on unique technology developed by PROFBIT R&D team. Product range includes following grades: MBP-70, MBP-75, MBP-80, MBP-85, MBP-90, MBP-100.
Application
- sealing joints and cracks in asphalt and concrete surfaces of roads, highways and airfields
- rehabilitation, sealing and preservation of cracks in asphalt roads and highways
- installation of railroads joints and sealing joints between rails and adjacent surfaces such as asphalt, concrete or stone paving
- waterproofing of sidewalk blocks

Installation and consumption
The product is heated up to temperature 160-180 °С and in liquid form is applied to a dry and clean surface. It is forbidden to use the product near open fire. When applying, be sure to use personal protective equipment and overalls. In case of fire extinguish with sand, foam or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher. Consumption: 1-2 kg per m2.
Storage and transportation
Store in a dry and protected from sunlight place at temperatures from -25 °С to + 35 °С. Expiration date - 1 year from the date of production.
The product is transported by all types of transport in accordance with rules applied for exact type of transport.
