Polymer-bitumen mastic "PROFBIT MT"

High performance hot applied mastic for pipelines "PROFBIT MT" is produced from bitumen, polymers and additives based on unique technology developed by PROFBIT R&D team.  Product range includes following grades: MT-S (summer application) and  MT-W (winter application).

Installation and consumption

The product is heated up to temperature 160-180 °С and in liquid form is applied to a dry and clean surface. It is forbidden to use the product near open fire. When applying, be sure to use personal protective equipment and overalls. In case of fire extinguish with sand, foam or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher. Consumption: 1-2 kg per m2.

Storage and transportation

Store in a dry and protected from sunlight place at temperatures from -25 °С to + 35 °С. Expiration date - 1 year from the date of production.

The product is transported by all types of transport in accordance with rules applied for exact type of transport.
